The "Who loves orange soda?" sequence is the well known catchphrase which is uttered by Kel Kimble in almost every episode.
Kel has an obsession with orange soda which he is seen in most episodes drinking. He professes his love for orange soda and is often bribed into doing things he doesn't want to do by being offered a bottle. He never actually pays for the orange soda and instead steals it from Rigby's, a shop where Kenan works.
